We (my hubby and I) planned to do a workout series before we knew that we were pregnant. We created 12 workout episodes but never uploaded to our channel because we found out that we had a baby in my belly a few days later and learned that it would be difficult for us to do the series during the pregnancy.
Since we have had the videos ready for such a long time, it would be a pity to let them staying in my hard drive forever. Therefore, I'll upload one episode every Friday starting today until all the episodes are done.

我懷孕前原本和豆比計劃要做一系列簡易居家運動影片跟大家分享,所以設計、錄製了12段視頻,但因為錄製完後沒幾天就發現懷孕了,我們知道要在懷孕期間做這個系列會有些困難,所以沒有把做好的上傳上來。
這幾天我想說,既然是都已經錄製好的東西,一直放在硬碟裡挺可惜的,所以我決定要把這12段視頻在每週五上傳一篇,直到12段都完成上傳。
